approach in which all the methods of performing the business analysis are
planned that how and when the operations are to be taken. Business analysis
approach provides the guidelines for selecting the task to be performed.

Plan Stakeholder Engagement: - The approach of
planning stakeholder Engagement technique is to establish the good working
relationship with stakeholders.
In this approach all the stakeholders are
analyzed so that their characteristics can be identified. The result of this
analysis helps to determine the best idea of planning the stakeholder risks.
The stakeholders’ attitude can have positive or negative impact on the change.
Business analysis can fully understand the attitude, behavior and actions of
the stakeholder.
Business analyst analyze stakeholder
attitude about:

Goals of the business organization.

Level of interest of stakeholder about the
change.
·
Team members and staff in the group.
·
Team based approach.

Plan Business Analysis Governance: - This is the
approach which helps in defining that how the decisions can be made according
to the prioritization, approvals, change control and reviews.
While planning the business analysis
governance the factors which are identified are: -

To identify that who has an authority to propose
the change and when to make the further changes to the change.

How the approved change can be documented and
informed to everybody.

In this approach it is identified that how the business analysis is stored, and
that stored information is accessed later, when needed.

Identify Business Analysis Performance
Improvements: - In this approach the work and information which is gathered
while the business analysis is determined that when and how that information would
be used. The performance of the company is known, and the tasks are planned to
put in action for making the further improvement in the working of the
organization. After identifying the results the guidelines are prepared which
are followed and strategies are prepared.
The Plan Business Analysis Approach helps in planning the activities in Business Analysis. The Business Analyst also set initial techniques to use for conducting the analysis. The business analysts also works with the stakeholder in the absence of organizational standards, to determine about the work.

The Plan Stakeholder Engagement the number of stakeholders involved in the business analysis activities. This is important because new or different techniques for the management of stakeholders may be required when the engagement moves from collaborating with a few stakeholders into dozens, hundreds, or even thousands of people.
