Business analysis is the practice of implementing change in an organization by defining requirements and recommended solutions that deliver value to stakeholders.

Business analyst is the very important person in every business because business analyst analyse the business input and output.

What are tasks that BA performs?
Business Analyst plays a crucial role in a company. BA is responsible for the profits and losses of the company. BA guide co workers for better results, problem solver and risk taker.BA also needs to interact with stakeholders.

Techniques in business Analysis
There are ample of techniques to complete a task. Business Analyst have to update the exsisting techniques or generate some new techniques to achieve goals within deadline.


Stakeholders
A stakeholder is an individual or group of individuals that a BA is likely to interact with them. Number stakeholder participate in each task.

    The Business Analyst plays a fundamental role in bridging the gap between technical requirements and business needs. The Business Analyst is the “middle-man” who brings all stakeholders together and ensures that there is equal understanding and agreement on all sides for the project. To be successful, the Business Analyst must have excellent communication skills, analytical, problem-solving skills and be detail-oriented.

    For Ubisoft, Business Analysts play a pivotal role in understanding what the customer wants and translating that concept for the programmers to develop to meet client needs. They must conduct market research on the games already in existence, what new and exciting games and experiences customers want and work closely with Project Managers to execute projects and "wow" their fan base.

With this business analyst can do analysis and plan the future tasks like risk management, strategies or other processes to lead the company toward positive effects.
