What is Business Analysis?
Business analysis is the practice of implementing change in an organization by defining requirements and recommended solutions that deliver value to stakeholders.

Who is business Analyst?
Business analyst is the very important person in every business because business analyst analyse the business input and output.

What are tasks that BA performs?
Business Analyst plays a crucial role in a company. BA is responsible for the profits and losses of the company. BA guide co workers for better results, problem solver and risk taker.BA also needs to interact with stakeholders.

Techniques in business Analysis
There are ample of techniques to complete a task. Business Analyst have to update the exsisting techniques or generate some new techniques to achieve goals within deadline.


Stakeholders
A stakeholder is an individual or group of individuals that a BA is likely to interact with them. Number stakeholder participate in each task.

    Business Analyst performs task related to business analysis. The responsibilities of business analysts are discovering the information from a variety of sources, then synthesize and analyze the information. Business analysts also delivered solutions according to the needs of stakeholder. Business analysts analyzes the organization and assessing the models with technology. Business analysts plays an important role in improving products, services and software through data analysis.

    Chapter 1 provides a very good basis for understanding Business Analysis and the important role Business Analysts play in organizational projects. According to thebalancecareers.com, Business Analysts examine the current state of affairs of a company and looks at what it needs to do to achieve its long-term objectives. Through ongoing discussions with all stakeholders vested in the project delivery, Business Analysts directly oversee project inputs, refine and update gathering of requirements and work with project experts towards achieving project deliverables on time and within budget.

    The Business Analyst plays a fundamental role in bridging the gap between technical requirements and business needs. The Business Analyst is the “middle-man” who brings all stakeholders together and ensures that there is equal understanding and agreement on all sides for the project. To be successful, the Business Analyst must have excellent communication skills, analytical, problem-solving skills and be detail-oriented.

    For Ubisoft, Business Analysts play a pivotal role in understanding what the customer wants and translating that concept for the programmers to develop to meet client needs. They must conduct market research on the games already in existence, what new and exciting games and experiences customers want and work closely with Project Managers to execute projects and "wow" their fan base.

    Business analysis is the performed to provide the solutions to the company and analysis the issues of the company to provide the right direction to the company. There is huge responsibility upon business analyst to meet business needs and goals. Business analyst keep a keen eye on each task which is in process at the organizations like guiding employees and keep in touch with stake holders. With this business analyst can do analysis and plan the future tasks like risk management, strategies or other processes to lead the company toward positive effects. Chapter one provides the complete basic understanding of the business analysis and role of business analyst and stakeholders.
